Returns
Although we hope you love your items from That Wood Furniture Guy, there may be times when you need to return items to us. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return anything to us for an exchange, repair or refund (*exclusions apply).
Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances:

Faults agreed to be as a direct result of That Wood Furniture Guys production process.

Items from our standard listings that you have not been selected to be painted, and are not damaged.

Incorrect sizes, material or finish from a custom order that is as a result a That Wood Furniture Guy error.
Returns Will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Incorrect dimensions from a custom order that is as a result of customer error.

Items that the customer has made a paint color selection.
- Any bespoke items made to a customers specification other than if there is a fault with the product and/or mistake made by That Wood Furniture Guy during the production process.
To do so, simply follow the instructions below:

In the first instance please make contact with us at thatwoodfurnitureguy@hotmail.com or by filling in our contact form found on on our contact tab here on our website. Please include the reason for return, order number, name and contact details.

We aim to respond to your email within 14 working days.

Once we have agreed on a repair, replacement or refund we will advise you of the process of return via email.

We will not provide postage or reimburse postage for any return. We will however not charge postage for the return of any product to the customer as a direct result of a That Wood Furniture Guys fault as set out in the above returns policy.

Replacements will be subject to availability of material required. In the first instance an alternative will be sought before a refund is considered.
Shipping
Our aim is always to get fantastic hand crafted furniture to you as quickly as we can. Currently we offer the following shipping options within the UK:
1. Royal mail second class signed for - For our smaller items that can be dealt with by them.
2. For larger items we use a variety of shipping couriers. Cost will be dependent of the items weight, size and the shipping addresses geographical location.
For larger furniture items we will give you a estimate for shipping charge, but do reserve the right to charge any increase or change in the couriers delivery price. If this occurs the item will not be shipped until this payment is received.
Once shipping via courier has been organised it is the customer responsibility to make arrangements to receive there item(s) and/or organise an alternative delivery date. Any charges incurred from the courier having to return to the shipping address and or store an item will be directly the responsibility of the customer and will be chargeable.
Amending your address is possible prior to your order being shipped. We ask that you’re as precise as possible when entering delivery details as we cannot be responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a parcel being undeliverable for any reason.
